Weld Re-8 Schools District Values
At Weld Re-8 Schools, we believe in a set of core values that guide every decision we make and every action we take. These aren't just words; they're the foundation of our commitment to our students, families, and community.
-
Kids First
-
We believe that every single student is at the heart of everything we do. It's our profound responsibility to ensure each child reaches their full academic, social, and emotional potential, preparing them for their own future.
-
Dignity
-
We believe in fostering an environment where every individual feels seen, heard, and deeply valued, recognizing their inherent worth, regardless of background, ability, or circumstance. We are committed to cultivating mutual respect and understanding, ensuring that our school community is a place where everyone thrives with a profound sense of belonging.
-
Valuing and Investing in People
-
We believe in the immense worth, importance, and value of every individual within our school community. From our students and dedicated teachers to our support staff, administrators, families, and community partners – everyone contributes, and everyone deserves our investment and respect.
-
Communication
-
We believe that by working together, truly communicating and collaborating effectively, we can collectively move our entire school system forward.
-
Transparency
-
We believe in operating with unwavering ethical conduct, openness, and responsibility in all our operations and decision-making. We are committed to ensuring legal compliance and clear communication in everything we do while also owning our mistakes and striving to be better moving forward.
-
Safety
-
We believe that safety must be at the forefront of everything we do to protect our students, staff, teachers, administrators, families, and community.
