Hello Bluedevil Community,


We are excited to announce that we will be moving our registration process to align with the CHSAA and are using Arbiter Sports Registration. We hope this transition will afford you easier use to register your student athletes for athletics and activities.


Arbiter Sports is a secure registration platform that provides you with an easy, user-friendly way to register for our athletic programs, and helps us to be more administratively efficient and environmentally responsible. When you register through Arbiter Sports, the system keeps track of your information in your profile. You enter your information only once for each family member for multiple uses and multiple programs.

INFORMATION NEEDED TO REGISTER:

It will be helpful to have the following information handy to allow for accurate completion of your online registration. 

  • Student Information (last name, first name, Birthdate)
  • Health Insurance Information
  • the sport(s) that your child will participate in
  • Emergency Contact Information
  • Doctor information
  • Physical Form Completed and stored on your computer or phone for easy uploading to the site 

 

Note: Every student-athlete must have a completed physical form and complete this online registration process prior to being allowed to participate in Fort Lupton High School athletics. To ensure clearance for participation, physicals should be completed and uploaded prior to the first day of practice/tryouts. Completed physicals MUST be uploaded in “Step 4: Physical Forms” of the online registration form. Below is a link to the ONLY Physical Form that should be uploaded if you are a High School Student Athlete.

Athletic Registration 

Please follow these steps:

  • Create an Arbiter Registration account (you only need one account for your whole family).
  • Activate your Arbiter Registration account using the activation link that will be automatically sent to your email. (Note: this email may go into your junk folder).
  • If you are having trouble creating your account, receiving the activation email, or logging in, you may contact support at [email protected] or call us at 800-311-4060.
  • Complete your athletic registration, AFTER you have completed your new account registration you will then select a program from the school registration page
  • Once you have completed your registration, you will receive an email notification confirming we have received your registration.
