25/26 Weld Re-8 Bus Registration

If you need to register for transportation for the 25/26 school year, please use the links below.  The registration deadline for the 25/26 School Year is June 12, 2025.  If you missed the June 12th deadline, you may submit a waitlist form beginning on June 17th.  Our Transportation Department will contact the child/student(s) primary contact if a seat becomes available.  Completion of the waitlist form ensures that your child will be considered for any openings that may arise.  Requests will be honored in the order in which they are received based on the specific request.

Transportation Registration for the 2024-2025 School Year
A new registration for riding the school bus is required from each student who meets the transportation eligibility guidelines for the current school year.  One registration per family please. Transportation registrations are currently open.  All registrations received will be time stamped with the date received by our office.  Bus routes will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis until the bus is full, with any remaining registrations being put on a wait list until seats become available.  You can email a completed registration form to [email protected].

Pick Up Times
If your child is assigned to ride the bus, transportation will notify the parents/guardian prior to school start with an estimated pickup time.  This is only an estimate and can vary the first few weeks of school as additional riders may be added or deducted to routes. Please, have your students at the designated bus stop 5 minutes before the estimated time given.

What do school bus lights mean?
Flashing Yellow Lights - Slow down and use caution, the bus is approaching a student stop!
Flashing Red Lights - STOP, do not pass the bus.  Students are actively loading or unloading the bus which could include crossing the street.
Together we can keep our kids safe!
