Requesting a Student Transcript

1. Active 9th - 12th grade students - please contact the FLHS Registrar located in the FLHS Counseling Office. You can also reach the office at 303-857-7119 or fax number 303-857-7179.
   
   
2. Former students - please request transcripts by emailing [email protected] or faxing a request for records to 303-857-3309.  Requests will be processed within three business days during the school year. Requests may take longer during school holidays and breaks.
   
   
3. All education verification companies - You are required to provide a release executed by the student along with a written request. This may be the company’s own form if all pertinent information is provided. Verbal verifications cannot be given.  Please email [email protected] with your request or fax it to 303-857-3309.
   
   

• GED certificates and diplomas are not part of the student’s permanent record.
