CURRENT Student Enrollment

Welcome Back to Weld Re-8 Schools!
 
Each school year existing families update information through the Infinite Campus Parent Portal to prepare for the upcoming school year. The window for renewing your student’s enrollment opens March 1st of the current school year.  We encourage families to check-in early and avoid the rush at the beginning of the new school year.
 
Who can update a current student's enrollment information?
  • Maternal/Paternal Legal Parent/Guardian with proper identification
  • Court Appointed Legal Guardian with court documentation

Current Students

Parents/Guardians, to renew a student enrollment, you’ll need the following:

  1. An Infinite Campus Parent Portal
  2. Please complete the returning student registration. Starting a new student registration will duplicate student records.
  3. Review and update household addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses.
  4. Review and update proof of residency if you have moved. 
  5. Review and update student’s demographic information.
  6. Review and update student’s emergency contacts.
  7. Review and provide student’s updated immunization information.

Parent Email Address - If you do not have an email address that you use regularly, please view Create an Email Address Instructions for directions on how to create one. School/District communications will use your email.

K-12 Paper Registration - If you would prefer to complete an Open/Choice Enrollment Application and/or paper registration, please stop by one of the schools.

Choice/Open Enrollment Information
Students who are residents of Weld Re-8 and a school other than their home school, will need to complete the Intra-District Choice/Open Enrollment Application each school year and be approved before being assigned a schedule.
 
Students who are non-residents/out of district will need to complete a Inter-District Choice/Open Enrollment Application and be approved before being assigned a schedule.

Registration for the 25/26 School Year is NOW OPEN!
Please complete the enrollment paperwork and return it to your student's school of attendance.
 
Registration for the 26/27 School Year will January 15th, 2026
