Once your Choice/Open Enrollment Form has been approved, you will need to complete the Infinite Campus Parent Portal Online Registration for your student.
New to Weld Re-8 Registration for grades Preschool - 12th Grade: Opens January 15, 2026. Enroll your PK-12th grade student by following the “Online Registration - Start Here” link below.
- Maternal/Paternal Legal Guardian with proper identification
- Court Appointed Legal Guardian with court documentation.
Current Students
Each school year existing families update information through the Infinite Campus Parent Portal to prepare for the upcoming school year. The window for renewing your student’s enrollment opens January 15th of the current school year. We encourage families to check-in early and avoid the rush at the beginning of the new school year.
Welcome to Weld Re-8 Schools!
Weld Re-8 uses an online registration process. Legal guardians will need their personal Infinite Campus Username and Password to login to the Infinite Campus site. If you don’t remember your Username and/or Password or do not have access to the internet, please call your student’s current school office for assistance.
Parent Resources
Parent Email Address - If you do not have an email address that you use regularly, please view Create an Email Address Instructions for directions on how to create one. School/district communications will use your email.
Parent Portal - Once you have registered your student, please create an Infinite Campus Parent Portal. It is important to have your own email address and not to use your students. K-12 Paper Registration - If you would prefer to complete an Open/Choice Enrollment Application and/or paper registration, please stop by one of the schools.

New Student Enrollment Information
Parents/Guardians/Emancipated Minor, to complete a student enrollment, you’ll need the following:
- Parent Information/Photo ID
- Parent/Student Household Information -
- Proof of Residency
- Student Information
- Student Date of Birth Verification
- Student Immunization Records
- Emergency Contacts for each Student
- Custody Paperwork
Examples of Accepted Proof of Residency
If you own a home:
- Examples of documents that can service as proof of residency include: a property tax receipt, mortgage statement, deed of ownership, homeowner's insurance policy, utility bills (electric, water, gas), voter registration card and a recent bank statement showing your name and address.
If you rent or lease a home:
- Examples of documents that can serve as proof of residency include: a signed lease agreement, recent utility bills (electricity, water, gas), bank statements with your address, a signed rental contract, a proof of residency letter provided by the landlord, a voter registration card with your current address, and renters' insurance policy.
