Dear Weld Re-8 Staff,
As we prepare for the start of the new school year, we want to provide an update regarding the principal position at Homyak PK-8. The district will be moving forward with the placement of an Interim Principal to ensure a smooth and supported beginning to the year for students, staff, and families. We should be in a place to make this announcement by mid-week at the latest of the upcoming week.
The good news is that the position has been posted and we have already received interest from several strong candidates for the permanent position. We are in the process of coordinating interviews that align with the availability of both the candidates and the interview team.
Throughout this transition, our priority remains doing what is best for the Homyak community. We are committed to keeping you informed and involved as we move forward.
