DAC members play an active role in reviewing and evaluating school improvement plans and for the accreditation of the Weld Re-8 schools. DAC is made up of representatives from every school in the district, community members at-large, parents, teachers and principal representatives. The committee meets monthly (usually on the third Monday of the month) to discuss district issues, student achievement, school improvement plans, progress on those plans and curricular matters. School representatives serve as the link between their school accountability committee and the District Accountability Committee.
Please contact Wendy Sarazen at the Administration Building (303-857-3200) if you qualify for one of the vacancies and are interested in serving on this committee.
