  • Not applicable, Weld Re-8 School District does not currently have any charter schools authorized by the Weld Re-8 School District Board of Education, nor any charter schools in operation within the district boundaries. If in any fiscal year the Weld Re-8 Board of Education does authorize a district charter school, the Board of Education will develop and implement a plan for distribution of Mill Levy Override Revenue to meet the statutory requirements of House Bill 17-1375 and CRS 22-32-108.5.
